Returns & Exchanges

We offer a complimentary return service within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, with all security tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Request Return

  Log into your account and select 'Request Return' next to your order to receive a Return Authorization Number.

• 2.
  Prepare Package

  Place the items in the original shipping box and attach the pre-paid DHL/FedEx return label provided in your order.

• 3.
  Schedule Pickup

  Contact the courier to arrange a home collection or drop off the package at an authorized service point.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once received, our team will inspect the items. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
